Rooms- spacious and beachfront which is what I was exactly looking for Staff- very kind and always willing to help everything else was commendable too!

the lighting perhaps? not a big deal obviously but yeah the lights in the kitchen area were a bit dim (aeta room)

Very Good

Large apartment located on the beach with a balcony overlooking the sea. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms large and comfortable with great air conditioning. Staff helpful, always smiling. Although the furniture in the apartment was a bit damaged, it was not a major problem for us. We consider the stay successful !!!

The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We had a Beachfront room with a balcony on the second floor. Highly recommended. The location was great and the staff are friendly.

Although the rooms are clean and comfortable, they could do with an upgrade. I was also not that happy about the bathroom sink.

overpriced and hugely degraded compared to how it was 3y ago

the only, good thing about this is the excelent location, direct access to beach and the staff that are very attentive and respectful.

booked one room, got another. being returning quests we knew exactly which room type we want to book, and picked accordingly. (the price is higher for direct beach access rooms) upon arrival reception was trying to convice us the room we booked is not the direct beach access despite the pictures in "room details." were. showing it is. exactly, the same scenario happened in 2019, but we thought we made a mistake, so did agree to pay extra for "upgrade", this time, being sure that we have paid for the corect room, we ended up argueing with reception that would not budge, saving all rooms are booked and none available. so they. literay, said "take it or leave it, but we will charge you". manager was not "available" for assistance. after booking.com contacted them, suddenly, manager was available and a room was found. overall the room is in the exact state it was in 2019. no noticable maintenance. light fixtures hanging out of their sockets, rusty pipes in bathroom. don't have high hopes on the breakfast. it's saddest breakfast we even had

2021 Family trip and 40th birthday

the place was very comfy. everything was provided for us (plates, utensils, toiletries, masks, wipes etc) and the place was very spacious which is a plus because the kids can run around. we also appreciated the free fruits when we arrived. the staff are really nice!! our stay has been worth it.

not really what i did not like but just an observation that the place is a bit old but it did not affect the whole experience of the stay.

Just the location.

The place could be so much better if the management gives it some attention. There are no cabinets to hang clothes, the towels looked very old and the bed was a little hard. Re-decorating the place and painting it with brighter colors can make this place an amazing one. Please remind your staff not to be the first ones making noise during rest hours. They were very noisy and had to be told to be considerate.
